Schools and organisations

If there’s one thing we can take from the rise in teenage self-harm, it’s that we need to do things differently.

The challenges young people face concern every school, college and youth organisation. We work with organisations ranging from small, frontline charities supporting the most vulnerable young people to high-profile education establishments.

By focusing on the mind-body science of being human, we aim to give people the understanding and confidence to have empowering conversations about mental health. Our approach is inclusive because when we see how this involves everyone, we can eliminate shame and dismantle stigmas.
